The management has poor work ethics and really don't offer any thing to the worker. The hardest part of the job is driving your car around too clients and having to work more than one client just to see a nice pay check. The management dosent seen to know how to treat employees and pay them for the work they already did. My recently experience was very horrible i didn't get pay for the work i did and got told the day before pay day i wasn't getting pay and they knew about the issue the whole month and they wonder why i had a attitude and was very upset just be aware of how you treat your worker It was my first nursing job experience right out of nursing school. I worked with a wonderful family full time who was very flexible and warm. I thought the company was great until our checks stopped cashing and employees had to find out if funds were available before going to bank. But otherwise it was okay.
